Telescope AC 70/700 Messier AZ

The 70mm aperture of this refractor telescope allows it to collect 100 times more light than the naked eye, and substantially more light than a typical beginner telescope with a slightly smaller 60mm aperture. This results in a higher resolution, and with a maximum magnification of 140X, it can already show you the larger surface features when observing planets such as Saturn, Jupiter, and Mars. The experience of observing the moon is also very rewarding, as the cratered landscape always looks different depending on the moon's current phase.

The telescope's optics are also highly suitable for use as a guide scope for astrophotography or guiding in conjunction with a larger telescope. Focusing is achieved through a rack and pinion focus wheel at the focuser, allowing the image sharpness to be precisely adjusted and remain fixed during observing.

The telescope comes with a 700mm focal length, providing strong light collection for both planetary observation and deep-sky objects. The azimuthal mount allows for easy alignment and tracking, while the 3-legged aluminum tripod provides the necessary support. The telescope is mainly pre-assembled and ready to go, with a compact size of 90x90x155 cm and a weight of only 3 kg.

Included in the scope of delivery are the refractor/lens telescope, the altazimuth mount, the aluminum tripod with accessory tray, eyepieces (9mm and 20mm), a zenith mirror (1.25"/31.7mm), an LED-illuminated viewfinder, a smartphone adapter, software, and a rotatable star map.
