To minimize the adjustment distances required when using the knurled screws, the mounting plate features a quick-release clamping device with toothing, enabling a rough pre-setting of the pole height (latitude at the location).

The MH-100 can be mounted on any photo tripod with a 1/4 inch photo thread closure, and the BRESSER StarTracker astrophoto mount can then be attached to the MH-100 tripod head without the need for tools, using a 1/4" photo thread screw. The entire motion head is constructed from black anodized aluminum, guaranteeing the highest stability thanks to the use of solid materials. The knurled screws with fine pitch thread are made of stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance.

This device is ideal for optimizing tracking accuracy in astrophotography. It can also be used as a stable adjustment element for a telescopic sight in astrophotography, allowing for the parallel alignment of the main telescope and the guide telescope quickly and precisely. The base plate connection features 3 x 1/4 inch photo threads with a 35.0 mm hole spacing, while the mounting plate connection has 2 x M8x1.25 threads with a 35.0 mm hole spacing.
